Hello faithful family, friends, and followers. Thank you so much for your continued support and encouragement in following Joy’s healing journey. We have had a good week with not a lot to report besides wrapping up physical therapy for the time being while continuing occupational therapy, speech therapy, and our homework for all three disciplines. We’ve been blessed with more time with friends, regular walks, and continued progress physically and while slow, cognitively as well.
And, I just needed to post another picture worth a thousand words of my beautiful wife from our walk this morning. Joy has left her hats aside and everyone loves her pixie cut ❤️.
We thank and praise God for his wonderful grace and mercy in Joy’s progress to date, and thank you for your faithful prayers. Please do continue to pray for healing of Joy’s right field of vision cut, and her continued struggles with aphasia, and apraxia. Healing of brain tissue, recognition of words, read and spoken, and for ongoing emotional wellbeing and encouragement as well.
Thank you for your willingness to persevere with us and for your continued interest and compassion. Your faithfulness and dedication are such an encouragement to us.
